Our Nativ Extra is the oil of the generous table – the reliable companion that is always there when food is cooked, shared, and enjoyed. Composed from six traditional Portuguese olive varieties, this is not a soloist but an ensemble.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, clear olive fruitiness and herbal notes. On the palate, mild and rounded, with a clean olive core accompanied by gentle herbal notes and a hint of pepper on the finish. The balance between fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency remains pleasantly harmonious.

What makes it special
The Nativ Extra proves that an everyday olive oil need not make compromises. Six varieties – Arbequina, Cordovil, Verdeal, Cobrançosa, Manzanilha, and Galega – come together in a versatile blend that reflects the full diversity of Portuguese olive groves. Harvested between November and December and cold-pressed immediately at the estate’s own mill.

How to use it
This oil is designed for daily use. Alongside cold preparations, it is equally at home in cooking: perfect for gentle sautéing, braised dishes, or as a base for marinades.
