It is characterized by its fresh and fruity character, which results from the combined processing of our olives with hand-picked organic mandarins in the oil mill.

What makes it special

Juicy mandarins also grow in our citrus groves at Olival da Risca and are used for this special olive oil. Their untreated peel and pulp are full of wonderful aromas. When the ripe olives and mandarins are crushed together, these natural fruit aromas combine with the resulting olive oil. After centrifuging the olive oil from the olive paste, it has already absorbed the mandarin flavour. Now it is simply filtered and then bottled after quality control.

How to use it

Recommended for Asian cuisine, red meat, and raw vegetable salads. It also adds a crowning touch to chocolate desserts.
